1. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible Returns & Exchanges:
If you receive the wrong product.
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging and security seals intact.
A proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy):
Due to the nature of skincare, body care, and baby products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
4. Refunds:
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
5. Shipping Fees
Customers may bear shipping costs in certain return cases.
